Donate School Supplies

In lieu of monetary donations, we are encouraging families to donate school supplies for the teachers and classrooms on an as needed basis.  Supplies can be dropped off in the main office.

Clorox wipes, tissues, expo markers, antibacterial hand wipes, and glue STICKS, ARE always needed and always appreciated!

Thank you!

Kids Go Shopping & Local Vendor Fair

Held on a Saturday in early November, this event offers students an opportunity to purchase gifts at the school for holiday giving.  A gift store is set up in the gym with parent volunteers available to help the children shop, budget, and then gift wrap their selected gifts.

RRICK RUN

In June of the 2016-17 school year, in partnership with Boosterthon, P.A.C.E held it's first ever RRICK Run.  HMES successfully raised $18,147.34 with the help of the new fundraising event proving its worth. In following years, the Boosterthon fundraising event has continued to grow in its success.

Back again in the 2022-23 school year the Boosterthon “FUNRUN” raised over $40k dollars, more than doubling its initial success. We look forward to hosting this event again in the 2023-24 school year and are always so touched by the generosity of our amazing HMES families!

The RRICK Run is a fundraiser where students gather pledges for the laps they run.  The fundraiser culminates in an all-inclusive one hour Fun Run where students complete laps on a course set up on school grounds.   Families are welcome to come and lend a helping hand or cheer on our elementary athletes as they raise money for the school.

SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR

P.A.C.E. hosts two books fairs each year. One in the fall and one in the spring.  The Book Fairs provide an opportunity for students and their families to purchase books for their personal libraries, for the school library and for teachers' classroom libraries all while raising money for the school.  The Book Fairs are held during the school day, and each class is assigned a time to visit the Fair with their classmates. Parents/Guardians are welcome to come and browse and shop with their children.  P.A.C.E. also offers evening shopping hours when the Book Fair is open for those adults who cannot attend during the day with their child.  When the dates draw nearer, P.A.C.E. will be looking for parent volunteers to help students select books and run the cash registers. Families may now take advantage of the updated payment options for the Book Fair. Scholastic’s new E-Wallet option allows families to preload funds to student accounts reducing the need for carrying cash/checks to school.

SQUARE ONE ART

Square One Art is one of P.A.C.E.'s fundraisers that takes place each spring at Memorial School. With the support of their art teacher, students will create an image that can then be transferred onto a variety of memorable keepsakes that families can purchase for themselves or to give as gifts.  A percent of each purchase raises money for the school.
