Donate School Supplies

In lieu of monetary donations, this year we are asking families to donate school supplies for the teachers to take on an as needed basis.  Supplies can be dropped off in the main office.

Clorox wipes, tissues, expo markers, baby wipes and glue sticks, etc are always needed and always appreciated!

Thank you!

BARNES AND NOBLE

At the end of the school year (typically the last week of school in June), the Memorial Elementary School, in conjunction with Bright Beginnings Centers, holds a book fair and story time at the Barnes and Noble in Bellingham.  Throughout the day, teachers and administrators from both schools read their favorite stories out loud. A percentage of all purchases made by Hopedale families are donated to the two schools.

Kids Go Shopping & Local Vendor Fair

Held on a Saturday in early November, this event offers students an opportunity to purchase gifts at the school for holiday giving.  A gift store is set up in the gym with parent volunteers available to help the children shop, budget, and then gift wrap their selected gifts.

Spirit Wear

Offered twice a year in the fall and spring, PACE hosts an on-line store offering Hopedale Spirt Wear--t-shirts, hoodies, hats and more.

PAPER RECYCLING BINS AT SCHOOL

Please feel free to bring your paper recyclables to the school to be recycled.  There is a bin in the circle as well as one by the lower entrance to the parking lot.  If you choose to drop paper off in the bin, please DO NOT put any garbage bags, garbage or plastic as we will be charged for such items.  The bins are for paper only.

RRICK RUN

Last June, in partnership with Boosterthon, P.A.C.E held it's first RRICK Run.  Based upon the success of this fundraiser (the school raised $18,147.34 for the 2016-17 school year), we will be holding this event again in June 2017 to raise funds for the following school year.

The RRICK Run is a fundraiser where students gather pledges for the laps they run.  The fundraiser culminates in an all-inclusive one hour Fun Run where students complete laps on a course set up on school grounds.   Families are welcome to come and lend a helping hand or cheer on our elementary athletes as they raise money for the school.

SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR

P.A.C.E. hosts two books fairs each year. One in the fall and one in the spring.  The Book Fairs provide an opportunity for students and their families to purchase books for their personal libraries, as well as and help raise money for the school, and donate books to the school library and teachers' classroom libraries.  The Book Fairs are held during the school day, and each class is assigned a time to visit the Fair with their classmates. Parents/Guardians are welcome to come and browse and shop with their children.  P.A.C.E. also offers one evening when the Book Fair is open for those adults who cannot attend during the day with their child.  When the dates draw nearer, P.A.C.E. will be looking for parent volunteers to help students select books and run the cash registers.

SQUARE ONE ART

Square One Art is one of P.A.C.E.'s fundraisers that takes place each spring at Memorial School. With their art teacher, students will create an image that can then be transferred onto a variety of memorable keepsakes that families can purchase for themselves or to give as gifts.  A percent of the each purchase raises money for the school.
